Thanks for the response. The problem is more fundamental. The web administration interface is not even ARPing. It is completely DOA.

I advised you to access the product page of the GS108T switch here then click on the Guided Assistance button. Follow the online instructions to open a support ticket with the NETGEAR Support Team for a hardware check. If your GS108T switch has been declared faulty, be ready to submit a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase of your GS108T switch for warranty verification. If the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will be processed.

I've had this thing for years upon years upon years. There is zero chance I could claim warranty replacement. I'm trying to use the J1 serial and J2 JTAG interfaces on the PCB to do a flash recovery and I was hoping there was someone out there that knew how to use them and could share the info. Thanks!
