S3300-52x won't boot after firmware update 6.6.4.25
Hi,
After performed a firmware update on a stack of 4 S3300-52x, none of them are booting back. It's been 1 hour after the process and I do not know if it's safe to turn them off and back on again.
Any idea?
Help me please...

You may try to turn it off then turn it back on again. Observe the behavior of the LED lights. Then, check if can access the web-GUI of the S3300-52X stack.
If the S3300-52X won't boot up normally, I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here as soon as possible for further investigation.
