I believe we have found the problem. It appears to have been caused by the battery backup blinking of and not sending power to the switches. We have moved the power cords to a different UPS last Thursday evening and have not had the problem since.

What is the current firmware version of the GS752TXS stack? If ever its not yet the latest version, I suggest you to update it. The latest GS752TXS firmware is v6.1.0.39 and you can download it here.
What is the model of the SFP modules you are using for the stack?
