So what now - three VLANs makes three dedicated networks, however you aparently seek one flat network (no seggregation) with three IP subnets?
You can't magically keep one IP subnet on a switch each of connecting these direct, without any routing.
Such a config does not make any sense - three IP subnetwork on one network is a recepie for another nightmare.
Back to the drawing board.
