Windows 10 desktops ok, Windows 7 keep dropping prosafe s3300-52x
We have an issue where a selection of Windows 7 computers would lose connection and unplugging the network cable or a reboot is the only way to get things back up and running.I have checked the logs ...

You may try updating the ethernet driver of the Windows 7 machines and check if that will work.

Many thanks for your reply.
We made sure all updates have been installed including bios but it didnt make any difference. Today is the first day we have been trouble free, which is great! We were using the round-robin dns technique and i think there was a problem with cached dns. We rebooted the switches at lunch today and so far, and i dont want to jinx it.... so i cannot say, but its been a much better day!!!

That's great! Just in case the issue comes back, you can download the tech support file from the switch so that we can further check it. But if the other devices are working properly, then it is really isolated from the switch.
