Usually, the Update Procedures are part of the Release Notes - why ever, on the current firmware it appears to be missing.
Check the previous firmware https://kb.netgear.com/000060622/XS728T-XS748T-Firmware-Version-6-5-1-36 for the Update Procedures, use the similar process with the current version number.
