XS748T 10Gbe Unstable

Hi, I have problems with the SW XS748T, it does not keep the 10 GBe connections stable, they simply lose the link, as if the cable was disconnected, I already tried to use the latest version of the FW (6.5.1.65) and it keeps throwing the connections. I have another model XS724EM, this one works perfectly without losing the link, what could be wrong? There is approximately a distance of 35 meters from the switch to the equipment that fails. It only works fine if I change the speed of the ports to 1 Gb

    Kindly try to perform a factory reset on your XS748T then check if still the same issue.

     

    If ever it is still the same issue, I advise you to open a support ticket with the NETGEAR Support Team here at anytime for further hardware check.  If your XS748T has been declared faulty, be prepared to submit a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the XS748T for warranty verification.  If the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will be processed.
