Since WBE700Y and WBE708Y are rated with IP66 - which means it can withstand rain, snow, dust I recommend going with it for outdoor deployment. It supports mesh and can be managed remotely through Insight. Depending up on the budget any one of the WiFi 7 models (WBE 750/758, WBE 710/718, or WBE 700/708) can be used for indoor. All these APs can connect to WBE 700Y / 708Y over mesh.
