今までPOEハブと使用していた状態のまま、電力の供給の必要がない（PCやプリンタ）機器用のハブとして使用可能でしょうか

Yes, you can use the 10/100/1000 Base-T ports as well as the 10/100/1000 Base-T PoE 802.3af Port for devices not requiring any PoE. It's perfectly safe - there is no power applied unless a handshake does request and agree the PoE delivery thanks to the IEEE PoE standards.
