GS324-V1 vs GS324-V2

Are there any internal or functional differences between the older GS324-100NAS (a.k.a. GS324-V1) and the newer GS324-200NAS (GS324-V2).  The V2 isn't available at the Netgear site and I can't find a retailer that carries it yet.  I  am trying to decide if the differences are with the wait.

    As per checking, the v1 and the v2 is the same in terms of performance and overall design. The only different is that the v1 has an ethernet port enclosures are plastic and the v2 hast metal.
