Talking of the GS348, an 48 Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch, or for example the GS348, a S350 Series 48-Port Gigabit Ethernet Smart Switch and 4 SFP Ports here?

Just a straight GS348 with 48 Gig ports. No SFPs.

Sorry to bring this up again but I am trying to find something a little more formal on this topic and here is why: An integrator performed a server rack relocation for me. After the relo, my Admin network was present on a GS348, but the SCADA network that the switch was installed for has no presence. The integrator is claiming it is because the switch is configured wrong. Since I have done no configuration, I don't know where to look to build my case.
Search of the Netgear website does not seem to turn up any User Configuration Manual for the GS348. Is there a way I can get anything more substantial from Netgear that indicates this switch is not configurable?
Thanks in advance for any help on this.
