Letter of Volatility JGS524v2
Hello, I am requesting a Letter of Volatility for the ProSafe24 Switch (Model Number JGS524v2). Thank you.
Thanks for the response. Do you have an email contact for support.? I registered the switch. I inherited it and believe it was purchased several years ago. I am trying to help someone move it out of a secure area. I am not looking to purchase a support contract, and it looks like CHAT is my only option and it is busy. I have searched the community and noticed the LoVs requests in other threads were provided with a link to the letter with a 48-hour timer. Can that be done here again? Thank you again for your assistance on this.
