XS508M not working
my switch is not getting a connection from my router or from my laptop any ideas please?
What router, what computer, which adapter... which capabilities of the ports?

all the lights are green are on the switch even with nothing connected its a week old
router - rog gt-ax11000
laptop - auas g17
Head to https://my.netgear.com/, click on the switch already registered before hopefully, [View Product] -> [Request Hardware Support] and report there. Alternatively, ask your retailer for a DoA replacement.
