Can't Upload Invalid Self Certificate

I have a FVS336Gv3 VPN Firewall Firmware Version: 4.3.3-5   Generated a Self Certificate Request   Used the CSR to purchase a CERT from Comodo.   When I try to upload I get "Can't Upload Inval...

    DId not work.

     

    Still get the same error message

      Hi dashwell,

       

      Netgear supports 2048-bit SHA1 certificate not 2048-bit RSA certificate.  

       

      It might be that the certificate you got from Comodo is a 2048-bit RSA certificate.  Kindly verify it.

        I had the vendor reissue the certificate as a 2048 SHA1.

         

        Now I get a new message.

         

        "No trusted certificate found, Can't Upload Self Certificate"
