FVS318 not staying connected to a Century Link T1 Router

I have 2 FVS318v3 that are not staying connected to a Century Link Adtran Router T1. (CL replaced a week ago)
This problem started about 2 months ago but progressevly gotten worse
Both are configured with the same Cnf file.
I have to power cycle the FVS318 or the Adtran to reconnect but that doesn't always work.
I can ping my Gateway IP 78.112.110.9 configured in the Adtran and get a response
I can ping my Internal IP and no response; Internal 78.112.110.10 so is that an indication that it is an FVS318s issue
I read that another user had to delete the blocked sites list to get his to connect I don't have any entries in blocked sites.
I ordered the BR 200 first of the month and now the seller is saying on backorder until 2021.
So if no one has a suggestion/solution does Netgear have another Firewall router that is currently for sale and available?
