Apr 06, 2013June, Wife's laptop with Win 7 home does not have it and when I checked as to why not Microsoft said it's not part of that OS version. OP You need to check that your Home connection is still set to home in network sharing and connections. My one win 7 pro 64 has changed when switching routers.
