Important note: Remote desktop is only included in the Professional, Business, or Ultimate versions of Windows. Home editions do not have remote desktop.

It clearly states see above it's not included.
So I'll ask you again, Do you have a link which supports your answer that all OS have this option, Because I cannot seem to locate one.
