If I click on diagnose I then get LS-WXL32A-2TB is not a valid host name.
Excuse me, but it is valid and has been for the past two years!
I've also tried flushing the DNS cache without success.
Now out of interest I can connect to my office NAS drive over the VPN connection, also I can connect to all other devices on the local network, so it seems to be a peculiarity of the local NAS drive which I can connect to when I use a patch cord plugged directly into the router.
