Netgear support have picked this up and I'm working through their suggestions. But I have confirmed that when both my Notebook and Netbook computers are connected by a cable they work faultlessly, but over WIFI they can't find some hosts.
I've also tried a WIFI link with no security and that doesn't work properly either.
Weird.
