Welcome to the community! :)
Let us isolate the problem. Kindly try to connect the VDSL modem (Zyxel) to the WAN 1 port of FVS336Gv3. Set the WAN 1 port of the FVS336Gv3 as the only active WAN connection. Observe what happens.
Let us know the results.

Meanwhile, the Problem is solved after many days of trouleshooting.
I a short overview:
> German vDSL uses vLAN 7 and 8.
> Netgear cant handle vLAN on the WAN Ports.
> You need a modem wich can untag the communication asnd tag it while it is going to the internet.
> the Priority settings must set to zero
That's it.
