How to configure simple Port Forward on FVS318N

This should be simple, but I struggled with it for a while.  Can't find the instructions in the manual.  "Port Forwarding" is not obvious in the menus.  

Here's the trick.  It requires three seperate entries on the router, not just one.

You must create a Security>Services>Custom Services Table

then Create Security> Firewall>LAN WAN Rules for both Outbound and Inbound Services
