Just to verify. If you will check port 1935 using an online port scanner tool just like here, the port is still closed? If yes, is the SRX5308 the main router in your network setup?

Confirmed, the port is closed using online port checking tools. And the firewall is the main router.

As far as I have checked, there is no issue on the SRX5308 about having port 1935 unable to open. What is the current firmware of the SRX5308? If its not yet the latest version, I suggest you to update it. The latest SRX5308 firmware is v4.3.5-3 and you can download it here.

I checked, and I do have the latest version of firmware. I'm pretty stumped, particularly because I successfully opened port 20101, but I can't seem to open port 1935 or any other for that matter. Is there an order of operations, or a reboot of the firewall that needs to happen?
