I tried your variant with TFTP. It didn't help. Maybe the 'root' pass , not 'admin', is needed, but I don't know it.
I've found a solution: used a PC with Win XP & IE 8 on board, connected via web-interface, updated the firmware and voila - it's alive!

The result is the same.
I noticed browser write about the server used cipher RC4, that is not used. Tried to use old versions of some browsers. The result is the same. Tried to tune on RC4 in Firefox. The result is the same.
