I have this option set as in the attached picture but I still can't connect. The computer from which I am connecting has the address 192.168.4.11 and the router 192.168.4.24.
Does WAN access require other options to configure?

Server 192.168.4.24 is using an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
It seems to me that the problem is with the compatibility of SSL protocols. I turned on legacy support in my browser but that didn't help.

This is one of the issues you experience if using legacy devices.
A possible workaround using any modern Firefox version is just set security.tls.version.min to 1 in about:config.
