Which routers are VPN servers?

Is there a simple way to find out which Netgear routers can be configured to be VPN servers?  This is not one of the search criteria options and even when looking at the individual specifications, it's hard to tell if a model supports this feature or not.

Are you talking about box-to-box VPN?

If yes, business product routers is what you need.

No, I'm talking about home routers.  Some, like R6220, have VPN server capability.  Others, like R6250, don't.  I'm looking for a newer model that can act as a VPN server but am finding it hard to tell which models have this capability.

        Hello PaPaTheGMan,

Below are the model numbers of the ones that support VPN (not sure if I missed a model number):

        AC5300

        AC3200

        AC2600

        AC2350

        R7000

        R6400

Take note that they only support Client-to-Box VPN connection. If you are looking at full scale box-to-box, SSL and L2TP VPN go to our business line models FVS318G, FVS318N, FVS336G and SRX5308.

I hope it helps you decide.

        Thanks,
