Can't connect to admin page WAC104 Access Point

Having this same issue. Have done everything - reset AP, power cycle router, tried from 7 different devices. AP will only ask me to reset password and will not do anything else no matter how many times I reset password. I have two other WAC104s and did not have this issue. I am ready to throw this thing in the trash. Please fix this.

Hi Msac55,

 

Given that you performed the basic troubleshooting methods and also have 2 other WAC104s that didn't have that issue, you may try contacting NETGEAR Support for a hardware replacement (instructions here).
