Not sure on the POE info but the matching power supply takes a 12vdc 3.5amp power supply.
so a roughly 42 watt supply.
From the part you posted, it look like s a12v, 1.5amp device. That wouldn't work.
You can use 3rd party power supplies, you just have to make sure they have the same volts and polarity. It can have more amps but not less or you'll have stability issues.
