I was less than optimistic when I posted the other day, but I was able to obtain a beta firmware which seems to have resolved this issue. I will continue to keep an eye on it, but hopefully this beta fix will hit stable soon.
Hi All, facing the exact same issue, where did you find this firmware? would like to try this also.
