What are you using to power it?
Have you tried powering it with a standard power supply to see if its a POE issue?
Yes, I tried that with no change.
I can see both 2.4 and 5 GHZ SSID's and log into them, just no internet.
The network LED shows connected but....
-> register your WAX214v2 in case this wasn't done before, then
-> select the device / serial number, and
-> follow the [Request Hardware Repalcement] process.

Could you please share the topology, does AP is not Internet?, please try to perform factory reset and configure AP and recheck.
