GS110EMX vs. S350 - Wifi Speed doubled/halfed

Hello,

 

i am currently having a very strange problem.

 

When changing my switch from the Netgear S350 to the Netgear GS110EMX my Unifi AP halfs its perfomance.

 

The AP itself is brand new (Unifi NanoHD)  and nothing fancy is configured. Both switches are running on the newest firmware. When using a LAN to LAN connection the speed is perfect but when i start to use a wireless client connected to my Unifi AP that is connected to the GS110 , the wireless speed hovers really stable at ~360Mbit (IPerf3 internal server download speed - upload is faster -> strange!!)  while it is way over 650Mbit (Same IPerf3 Server Up/Down sync in speed) when the same AP is connected to the Netgear S350 Switch.

 

Did anybody out there ever had such a strange case ? The cables got already changed with new and unused CAT6 cables. I am really lost here. Every device got rebooted multiple times and factory resetted too. Tried flow control, changed nothing.

 

Topology

 

Fritzbox Router 6660 - GS110EMX or S350 - Unifi NanoHD 

 

GS110EMX - Unifi NanoHD wireless speed iPerf3 Download/Upload (~360MBit / ~650MBit)

S350 - Unifi NanoHD wireless speed IPerf3 Download/Upload (~650MBit / ~650MBit)

 

That strange behaviour is consistent and i can reproduce it. 

 

Any help here is highly apreciated !

    YeZ - one more for the Netgear switch engineering. 

     

    katoffer S350 is a relative wide product series. Please provide exact model and firmware please. Also the GS110EMX firmware. Tomorrow or for other readers "newest firmware" can be something very different.
