Firmware is currently 2.7.4.24 on all devices. No modem in front, have fiber optics enabled with VLAN. I can't enter the satellites via MAC in the access control, double MAC error, i.e. the router has already entered the MACs, it would be pretty stupid if not.

It seems that the Access Control settings were never propagated correctly to the satellites (or some satellites).

  1. Please make sure all satellites are connected and the connectivity is stable (green/good in the app and web GUI attached devices).
  2. On the web GUI (orbilogin.com), go to >> ADVANCED >> Security >> Access Control, and check all devices and click on Allow, also uncheck "Turn On Access Control". Then click on Apply.
  3. Now, if you want Access Control to be on again, go back and check "Turn On Access Control" and click on Aplly again.
