RBK352 WLAN probleme seit 2 Monaten
Seit einigen Wochen nahezu täglich jeweils 5 Minuten WLAN-Ausfall. Vodafone seitig keine Störung vorhanden, Modem neu getauscht.

No failure found on providers side.
Modem also replaced, connection always stable in 2-3 years. since 2 months almost daily 5-10 minute WLAN failure. Fritzbox 6591 doesnt show any disconnect. Is there any option to see where the connection fails? Any monitoring for the Orbi mesh?
Im an electrician and i think maybe the Orbi took damage from a voltage peak.
I dont know how to spot the problem for my network anymore.

What is that modem?
Just the wifi that dies?
Any monitoring for the Orbi mesh?
Checked the logs?

You don't need us to tell you that voltage peaks, often from thunder storms, are very good at killing electronic kit.

Not always the most reliable source of information. I've just been through ISP hell. Kept trying to blame my network. It wasn't.

Called ISP at least 10-15 times. technician measured 3x at my cable connection, Modem got swapped, Cable repeater swapped, again some measurements of cable connection. at least 10 measurements of the last days. ISP cant see any errors 😕
After swapping the repeater, it seemed to be done. So i guess there is no other way to solve the problem than buying some AVM repeaters and throw out the Orbi...? If there is no possible way to monitor a 24hr connection diagram, whats the point of calling ISP another 10 times... another technician would measure again and still wouldnt solve any problem..
