verbinde bitte den neuen Satelliten mit dem ORBI Router per Ethernet und überprüfe dann unter "Angeschlossenen Satelliten", was für eine IP-Adresse der RBS850 hat. Dann kannst Du seine Konfigurationsseite öffnen und die Firmware manuell installieren.

I followed your instructions.
After the the snyc process on the web browser in Orbi management interface showed "Satellite setup successfully.", but the light on the satellite is amber and I even do not find the unit in the device list.

Amber light indicates that the WiFi connection between router and satellite is not strong. Either (a) the distance between them is too great, or (b) there is too much building material/objects in the radio path to get a strong signal. I would first experiment with moving the satellite to different positions in the same room. I do not know how frequently the firmware tests the radio link, so the status may not update instantly. If that fails to improve the signal, then the satellite needs to be closer to the router.

I did as you described. Placed the satellite in the same room (it was even before in the same room, but 3 meters from router away), moved it in a distance of app. 1 meter and made a factory reset. After I made a "add satellite" on the web interface and the satellite ended the sync process with the blue light, But I do not find the satellite in the device list. There is only the one satellite, which I have in use since a couple of time. No second one.

I do not know how long it takes for the Orbi Attached Devices to recognize a new satellite. (Certainly should not take HOURS.)
If the Blue light comes on and devices connect to the satellite and work correctly, it might be time to just "get on with life."

Now I tried really everything:
factory rest of router
factory reset of satellite
position app. 1 meter from router
sync by web interface, sync by WPS button - blue light but not visible in device list
second sync - no connection and magenta light
I made several turns was all possible combinations, but it does not work.
Do you have a creative solution?
I do not love my Orbi
