GS724T(24-port)
I have a Netgear GS724T router showing V1 2.3._0603. Device was purchased at a bankruptcy sale a few years ago and is working well, but I was trying to find out whether any firmware upgrades were available (or even necessary). There is no serial number label on the device, only a label with a MAC address (00-0F-B5-36-0D-56). I would also presume that the serial number label has fallen off or was removed for some reason before I acquired it. I am presuming that the V1 is Version 1 but I am not certain of that. This number matches the number found when I run SmartWizard Discovery (just no serial number).
If there are any formware upgrades where are they located (for downloading) and is there a certain progression I must follow since I do not know the exact version or serial number? This thing works great and I don't want to screw it up.
Looking for any help and advice I can get. Thanks.

Welcome to the community! :)
The exact switch model that you have is a GS724Tv1 and it is already on the latest firmware v1.2.3_0603. As reference, try to download firmware v1.2.3 here then extract it.
To learn more about the GS724Tv1, you can access its documentation here.
