Invited user does not have permission to access pro account

Hi

While creating a Manager I am getting the following error

 

 

  • Yes DaneA I am.

    I figured it out. It seems Manager A/c shall not be an existing netgear account.

    Just to verify, are you the Insight Pro account holder with administrator credentials?
