BR500 & Insight Support

I'm looking to get input on how I have them not renew the support by Insight given the fact that this unit is no longer supported. I can't seem to find any way to do it from my console or support page because this unit doesn't have support anymore and there doesn't seem to be a Insight support that seems readily accessible.. 

 

I've tried emailing support but that doesn't seem to go anywhere either.

    Head to the Netgear Insight (Web) Portal using a browser.

     

    Top right, with the "Hi ...", follow the [Account Management], then [Subscriptions].

     

    Under the "Current Subscription" (only using this Insight Premium license type here at home, there is a [Cancel Subscription]). Similar for the individual "Device Credit Pack" list for the BR500 SKU/Key (marked with Auto Renewal "Yes") there is I'd expect to find an option to unsubscribe resp. cancel subscription.

    On https://my.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx -> [Get Support] -> [Contact Support] -> 

    Product Technical Support [Open a support case]. In the pop-up with the list Serial Numbers selection, scroll down  to "I have a Subscription Service". [Chat with us] is typically busy, [Call us] -should- work - but I can't get anywhere for a few months now. Today, the [Call us] popped-up a form - despite of being logged-in to my account with all data - requesting names, email, country, ... 

     

    Yes, that is a very poorly (inop-)working "support" system JulienR​ please. Don't let your SMB customers down please!

    There is no formal email support channel, essentially for decade(s).
