The GC110 is not a router. It is a smart switch that can be managed via the Insight app. There is no option to monitor the websites being browsed using the Insight App.
About your RBR50 that is set as router mode, you may want to use the Orbi app. With the Orbi app, you can enable Circle with Disney Smart Parental Controls for you to manage content and time online. Kindly check the supported functions of the Orbi app on the link below:
