Instant VPN not starting

Hello, I got big problems with a couple of BR500: actually they dont't connect themselves. Tried with IPSEC and with Instant VPN with an 1year subscription (i thought they required it...), without luck. I tried to delete devices from Instant VPN list, the answer is "An error occurred while processing the request. Try again.". I tried to reset both and reload the backup, without luck.

 

Any other suggestions, before destroying it on a wall?

  • Hi, tonight seems to have brought rest. This morning the VPN is active and everything seems to be working properly.
