BR500 & Insight Support
I'm looking to get input on how I have them not renew the support by Insight given the fact that this unit is no longer supported. I can't seem to find any way to do it from my console or support pag...

Head to the Netgear Insight (Web) Portal using a browser.
Top right, with the "Hi ...", follow the [Account Management], then [Subscriptions].
Under the "Current Subscription" (only using this Insight Premium license type here at home, there is a [Cancel Subscription]). Similar for the individual "Device Credit Pack" list for the BR500 SKU/Key (marked with Auto Renewal "Yes") there is I'd expect to find an option to unsubscribe resp. cancel subscription.

Yes, that is a very poorly (inop-)working "support" system JulienR please. Don't let your SMB customers down please!
