Thank you for posting here, please send the tech-support file out of this switch to ProAVDesign@netgear.com so that we can see what is causing the high CPU utilization. It may be time sensitive networking (clocking? PTP?) or IGMP reserved packets hitting the CPU. We will first inspect the logs and the troubleshooting commands output in that file and get back to you. Don't worry, we will find the root cause and help you fix it.
Please use the GUI and go to Maitenance\Export\HTTP File Export\ and select Tech-Support in the dropdown menu list. Please send us this text file at ProAVDesign@netgear.com -
