Setting up ACL

Hi All,

I need to make a rule in the switch so a specific PC in the VLAN can only communicate with one other PC in the same VLAN.

That other PC needs to also connect to the rest of the devices in the VLAN.

I think I need ACL to create what I want but since I have never set this up before I would like some help from the pros.

How would I need to set this up?

If there is any more information needed, please let me know.
