How to FORCE the router SRR60 to set up an ethernet backhaul to the satellites after blackout?

Hello:
After a power blackout, the reconnection of the satellites to the router does not work even they had been successfully connected before blackout by ethernet. Satellites are connected by wire with daisychain method to the router.
I have to detach both satelites from ethernet, bring them closer to the router to receive wifi and make the initial reconnetion by WiFi and then only the connection by ethernet works.

Is there a workaround to make the satellites reconnect properly without wifi reception?
