IOS device seem to drop out when moving between areas - SRR60

IOS device seem to drop out when moving between areas

Have one orbi pro SRR60 and three SRR60 satellites all with latest firmware V2.5.4.104.

Initially, wirelessly connected but now wired. My IOS devices with IOS 14.0.1 on don't seem to stay connected as I move around the home. I have to turn Wi-Fi off and on again on the iPad or iPhones.

this problem also happened on previous firmware, noticed other netgear mesh systems seem to have reported similar issue so just thought I would ask if anyone had a solution before I throw them all out

cheers

Steve

    S1urf,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.  Is the problem only observed on iOS devices?  How about on Android devices and Windows PC/laptops, is it the same problem as well?

    @S1urf,

    Thank you for your response. Was everything fine before you have upgraded the firmware to v2.5.4.104?

    Kindly try to factory reset the SRR60 and three SRR60 then reconfigure everything from scratch. Observe if the same problem will recur.

    If still the same problem, I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here as soon as possible for further technical assistance
