Netgear Insight Not Working with SXK80 on New Firmware 4.2.1.112

I just installed 4.2.1.112 on my SXK80. Everything seems to be working properly.  The Web interface to the SXR80 looks normal. (Well, almost normal - it's showing the firmware version as "VV4.2.1.112")  However, Netgear Insight no longer recognizes my SXK80 at all.

 

The Web portal version of Insight shows my system as "offline (1)" with the error message "Needs attention".

The iOS app says "Device is disconnected" and on the next line has a red dot followed by "No satellites connected."

 

I tried rebooting both my SXR80 and SXS80 - it made no difference.

 

Netgear Insight worked fine with the last version of firmware.

 

Any insight as to the problem?  (Pun intended. 😉 )

  • Edit to above:  Looking at the "Router Information"  box, it show "Management Mode" as "Local Web Browser."  This must have gotten flipped as part of the firmware update.

     

    How do I change it back to using Insight?

        In the meantime, I have reverted back to V4.2.0.122.  Insight resumed working immediately.
