Orbi Pro Instant Captive Portal

I purchased the instant captive portal Service/ket on insights for my Orbi Pro system.  I have followed all of the instructions but only the standard portal shows up in the settings.  My firmware is at the latest version as well.

    Are you referring to the Insight Instant Captive Portal service? 

     

    If so, please note that it's not compatible with the Orbi Pro system; for more information, please refer to the right-hand portion of this KB article.
