Satellite Purple Light
My Netgear Orbi system is a few years old but lately I have been experiencing nothing but problems. The mesh router (SXR30) has no light on the front, and I have powered it up and down several times...
If the router is not working, then the satellites will not function, and will show the magenta light.
The Power LED on the back of the router is showing Green, correct?
The SXR30 User Manual states that the SXR30 router will have no light showing on the front after it has completed powering up and connecting to the internet. When you restart it, is that what happens? (see page 14)

"not working" means that
- There is no WiFi signal from the router?
- A device connected to the router with an Ethernet cable does not have internet?
This is not looking good.

Thanks, I thought of that. The SXR30's status shows "Good" for internet, and when I connect to the system there is no issue with web connectivity. The green power light in the back is on, and after it restarts, i goes from a blinking white light to no light on the SXR30.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface

I was travelling but I just returned home. I am going to try a reset tomorrow to see if it solve the problem.
