Ive got an email from these guys saying they have a 70% deal. Is it a scam?

I go to my orbi app and the 70% discount is not there.
But ive been sent and email stating i have discount?
Just wary that the email is spam and if it pay i loose my money

Well............................ this is an awkward situation. Notice the design of the Netgear page describing Armor at:

The graphic in the upper left of the page looks almost identical to the graphic in message 1 of this conversation:
The Netgear page offered a chance to talk to a Concierge (Jerico), who told me that "Yes, sometimes customers are offered promotions."
