I'm not seeing the Armor icon in the orbi app or on the webpage.  I'm on version 2.3.1.48 Any suggestions on how I can get the option to add Armor?

    Hi pbarry, thanks for you inquiry. Please make sure that your Orbi unit is not set to AP mode and is set to function in router mode.

        I wanted to use Armor with Orbi in AP mode. Hopefully that will be supported in the future.

      Hi, why does Armor not work on Orbi AP mode?  I have a Netgear cablemodem that's in front of the Orbi router so use Orbi on AP mode, but it doesn't work.  When I switched to 'Router mode', it works.  Can you please explain?  Is it possible to work on AP mode?

        Hi balexkim, the reason is that device has more control of the features and devices that are connected to it (routing Internet traffic) compared to it being on AP mode with the routing functions being handled by another device.
