I was sent an activation code from netgear for my nighthawk annual subscription but every time I enter it, I get a notice that it has already been used. I can’t seem to get any support on the topic. ...

Is this for Armor or Circle?

The router itself doesn't need a activation code to work normally.

The router works fine. The activation code is for the subscription software.
