Active Armor Subscription not Showing Up on Nighthawk app or CAX80 Admin Page

Have active subscription for Netgear Armor (shows up as 'active' on my.netgear.com and on armor.netgear .com)...but when I pull up Nighthawk app (iPhone) or admin/web page for the router itself...Armor shows as 'not activated'. Anyone have insight into what might be happening ?
